On October 30, the Group held the 2026 orientation meeting for new employees in Yancheng. Zhang Naiwen, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Group, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Zang Chong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of the Group, took part in the event.

Zhang Naiwen listened carefully to the new employees’ self?introductions and their reflections on training and internships, and extended a warm welcome to the 19 new recruits. He pointed out that the Group is now in the inaugural year of the 15th Five?Year Plan and a critical period for transformation and development, generating an increasingly urgent demand for young talents. He hoped that all new employees would quickly get familiar with the Group, integrate into their teams and embark on a new career journey at Yueda.

Zhang Naiwen encouraged the new employees to embed political awareness into their mindset, gain a thorough understanding of the Party’s innovative theories, accurately follow the deployment requirements of the central government, provincial and municipal authorities as well as the Group, consciously align personal work with the Group’s overall development, and grow into Yueda employees with firm convictions. They should devote themselves to their own posts, swiftly master job procedures and core responsibilities, take the initiative to learn from senior colleagues, front?line staff and real?world practice, strive to become experts in their fields, and be Yueda practitioners who integrate knowledge with action. They should accelerate role transition, proactively fit into teams and positions, pay close attention to minor matters and details, foster a rigorous and pragmatic work style, and be truth?seeking Yueda employees. They must strictly observe disciplines and rules, clarify behavioral boundaries, resist various temptations consciously, humbly accept suggestions and feedback, and remain upright and clean?handed as Yueda staff.

Zhang Naiwen stressed that the Group Party Committee has always prioritized the cultivation of young talents. It fully trusts young people, boldly assigns them important responsibilities, respects individual personalities and encourages innovation. The Group will continue to strengthen follow?up training and on?the?job experience, properly address practical difficulties in employees’ work and life, and enable every new colleague to work with peace of mind and pursue steady growth at Yueda. He urged the new employees to value the platform, make the most of their youth, shine with youthful vitality and write brand?new chapters in the Group’s high?quality development journey during the 15th Five?Year Plan period.
